How coaching works
Coaching sessions are generally done by phone although in-person visits are available in the Denver area. You are welcome to start with a free 15-minute visit to help you decide if coaching is a good match for your needs.

Jump-start your progress with this two-session coaching plan designed to get you unstuck, motivated and back on track with your weight-loss program. We review your diet plan, set goals and timelines, then help you put it all into action.

This flexible coaching program is offered as a series with each visit focusing on a specific learning and personal growth topic. Topics for each visit can be drawn from the listing below or can be changed to match your specific needs and wants.
With the exception of the initial one-hour session, all visits are 30 minutes each. You always have the option of combining two 30-minute visits and doing a one-hour session. These coaching visits can be scheduled at whatever intervals you prefer, from weekly to every other week, or even once a month.
